Dear Dr. Easley,
I am writing you to share my deepest appreciation for all of the fine work you have done. I came to you with a variety of dental challenges. That state of affairs, with some of my teeth, could have been considered a nightmare, particularly if the intention was to save them from extraction. Over the last two years, you've performed several root canals and crowned a few teeth. I never expected to have had my teeth saved. I am amazed with your ingenuity and skill. Your dental artistry, resourcefulness, and perseverance go far beyond typical training and I can hardly express the level of gratitude I feel for all of your effort. I can finally say I am happy to be living in my mouth.

I would also like to acknowledge your staff and the way I've always been treated in your office. Every visit I made, no matter what the circumstance, was greeted with warmth and genuine caring. You and your staff gave me the kind of emotional support I needed at every juncture. On many levels and in important ways, I have felt nurtured back to dental health.
